Case of Nasal Polyp

Mr AP, 49 yr was referred by a gynecologist believing in the efficacy of Homoeopathy.

He had big swelling externally in Lt side of Nasal cavity which was filled up by big Maxillary Polyp. He had a big maxillary polyp filling up the left nostril. X-RAY showed Lt Maxillary Antrum Polyposis. There was mild pain but it bleeds copiously 1-2 time / day adhering to the inner surface of the polyp so it was not detached easily. As it was very difficult to clean inside some time he feels foul odour emanating from the nostril.

My practice is safely based on pathological state of the patient not requiring full details of his family and mind.

Treatment

2/12/99 Hep-sulph 200 3 pills No 40 VI Doses for 3 days. A day gap. Then again for 3 days. The sole purpose to solve the acute foul smelling discharge.

7/12/99 Cold and foul smell had stopped completely. Bleeding 1-2 times/day. Phos 10M I pill No 40 II Dose OD for 2 days. For Acute bright Hemorrhage

14/12/99 Bright red bleeding stopped in 2 days. It has not occurred. Size of polyp is still as it was Calc-phos 200 3 pills No 40 Dose OD every alternate day.

28/12/99 Size of polyp had decreased  remarkably. No bleeding. SL 5 days.

03/01/00 Acid-nit 200 I pill VIII Doses BD for 4 days To cover up the pathology of the mucus membrane

19/01/00 Lt Nostril found totally clear and smooth. No trace or remnants of the polyp at all. [The case started on 02/12/99 and last Rx was given on 3/01/00 i.e. in 30 days it become completely normal. The photograph was taken before starting the Rx and then after 30 day again.. As of today he is in my contact, but there is no recurrence of symptoms at all. Jai Homoeopathy!!!
