Rationale
In my internship days I was working in ?????????????????hospital. There I had a case I was treating for some other complaint. I gave him Sulphur. We found to our surprise that along with overall improvement of health, he improved his hearing! I attributed this to Sulphur. Then I tried it in the next case, who also improved. The third did not. I analyzed the situation- neural deafness as Tubercular Miasm. I interposed a dose of Tub-b 1M- single dose. His hearing improved. Over the last 20 years I have treated scores of cases with this approach and about 90% of them have improved in their hearing.

I cannot give you much other explanation for the results except that the disorder is mainly a chronic type and only the 2 deep acting miasmatic remedies are able to handle it successfully. Do not bother to refute this logic, just try it in your next case and see if it works and then only adapt it. I have tried my other usual channels - of giving the constitutional remedy etc without success.
