We all have various experience in our daily practices where we understand a personality through the reflections of his Mind and also his behaviour and body actions.

I had an experience to understand a patient through the type of "Language" that he was speaking which represented his core to the fullest, including his Emotions, Behaviour, Mentality and Actions.

Mr A A aged 28 tears came from Colaba on 2-5-95.

Chief Complaints :.

Want of erections / Weak erections since 1 year.
Organ hangs flabby - has titled to one side (left); not in position.
Itching of hands, legs and back < undressing.
Past h/o ? Gonorrhoea in 1992 - Also some eruptions on glands.
On first entering the clinic he started seeing everything around and who all are present.
He used to turn back and see frequently through the glass if anybody was there to see and listen to him. This was noted very often throughout the interview.

His first words were " I have been referred to you by Dr R from whom I have been taking Homoeopathic treatment since that last 7/8 months but without success; hence I have been asked to see you. But first of all I would like to know if you can do the job or I will meet with the same fate again. It should not be that the end of another 6 months, I should be where I was in the beginning.

I assured him to do the best and told him to relax but he was not amused and continued to be restless in the mind as if with a lot of questions regarding me.

He is working as a driver in Colaba where all top officials stay. He is very popular among the co-drivers and other lower working class colleagues like housemaids, servants, Aayas and cooks due to his outgoing nature, jokes and vivacity.

He has no sense of decorum, how he has to behave and speak under what circumstances. When talking with the physician his language and manners used were vulgar.

The whole crux of the case came when he was asked about his hobbies :.

"My one and only hobby is to "F-K".
I asked him what he meant by that and how does he go about the job.

He replied :.

I strike up a friendship with each and every house maid working in nearby building. I take all kinds of liberties with them and very candidly ask them to sleep with me. I satisfy my sexual urge when the master is asleep or away.

I asked him, "Dont you feel afraid?" He replied; "what is wrong in it ? I do not force myself onto them I ask for their willingness before indulging myself and there are always others if not this one.".

I found him very peculiar in his thoughts, behaviour, action and LANGUAGE, with no inhibitions and no guilt. It was a clear case of Hyos.

I prescribed Hyoscyamus 0/3 BD on 2/5/95.

Sex ? feels some power :.
27/5 > : Says now he is having some trust in me since the tilting is gone and sex power can be felt.
"Should I indulge in sex to confirm my strength ?" he asked .I said "wait".
12/6 He went to a commercial sex worker few days back- spent a good night there. Had 3/4 experiences of satisfactory sexual power that night.
Now he knows the powers in which he used to take pride are back with him.
