Cases.
` Nit-ac.

A 45 year old person came to me for treatment of a big ulcer on his tongue. He looked depressed and said that he was to be admitted in a cancer hospital a month ago but he ran away without informing the hospital staff.

He complained of pain in throat and in mouth, which extended up to ear with increased salivation while talking.

On examination I found a big ulcer on the right lateral margin of the tongue. Because of this he could neither eat nor speak properly. The patient had treatment from the Allopaths and they advised him to consult an oncologist. The biopsy report of the ulcer showed that it was carcinoma of the tongue. The oncologist advised him surgery which the patient refused and, so came to me for treatment. HIs family history revealed nothing specific.

Past History: History of tuberculosis 10 years ago which was completely cured with AKT.
Personal History He had a habit of smoking but had stopped it it completely 1 year ago: He also chews tobacco but stopped it after my advice.

The symptoms considered as characteristics are-.

  2. Pains-stitching pricking as from splinters, appear suddenly and disappear suddenly.
  3. Worse-on slightest contact.
  4. Complaints-due to long a lasting anxiety.
  5. Hatred Unmoved by apology.
  6. Urine-strong smelling.
