A 50 years old male came in Nov 1991 with acute retention of urine with a history of burning micturition. He was a diabetic. Urine examination showed pus cells- 100/hpf.

For his Diabetes he took Daonil which controlled his blood sugar.

An allopathic physician diagnosed it as Renal Tuberculosis and he was advised Cystoscopy. Meanwhile he developed right facial palsy. It was at this stage that he came for homoeopathic treatment.

LIFE SITUATION:

He had never taken a single days leave from office and accumulated them all. When his eldest son passed SSC examinations he immediately put him on a job saying it was better for his family if he worked saying that he had no money for higher education. He walked long distances instead of taking a bus. He enjoyed walking fast. He was negligent about his health, about himself and his family. His wife suffered from tuberculosis and was under my treatment. During the entire course of his wifes treatment, not once did he come along with her. After taking his case he did not pay my fees. On being reminded to pay them he said "I will not pay you even if you give me bad words. I will listen to them quietly."

TREATMENT:

Four doses of Sepia 1M, twice daily for 2 days gradually brought his blood pressure down. His facial palsy improved. Daonil was gradually reduced. After six months the pus cells in urine were same. Sepia 10M was given, one dose once every 15 days. Three months later his blood sugar was normal and pus cells in urine showed nil.
