The Little Angel

A cute little boy walked into the clinic. Cold this little boy be anything but an angel? Ask his mother and you will get a different picture. Let her put the chutney in the mixer, turn around for salt, .. poof... on goes the mixer and off goes the lid, spraying the ceiling. Let the sister take her eyes off him for a minute and off comes her belt. As many times as her mother ties it, so many times he undoes it.

In his class there is a timid little girl who sits quietly with her books. When she gets up, down she falls her laces have been cross-tied to the other shoes... endless are the stories his poor harassed mother had to tell about his naughty deeds. When she brought him to consult me, it was a task for us to get him to sit still. We hit upon an idea me devised a little game: left hand was the chor (robber) and his right hand was to be police who had to catch the chor. This kept him occupied for some time but soon he was back to his tricks - reaching for the bell, the torch or the ruler.

He came with skin covered with rash. Unfortunately we forgot to photograph it. A dose of Tarentula-cubensis 1M dried up his skin so fast, that his mother almost forgot that it was there. At the next visit she did not even mention it but instead asked for something to quieten him. Tub-bov 10M and Tarentula-c 10M did that gradually till he became a near manageable child.

I am sure every school and every class has at least one child of this sort. I remember my daughters first year at school, a boy poked her nose with a pencil. she has had epistaxis about twice a year for four continuous years. I wonder if all of them need Tarentula? For this case the rubrics are (including the physical generals which I have not mentioned in the narration, but am taking in rubrics):

The remedy which emerged was Tarentula-h, but the prominent skin symptoms pointed to Tarentula-cub which completely cured the case.
