Mrs KJ, 38 yrs, resident of Khetwadi, Mumbai

A 35 year old unmarried lady came with c/o cold since 15 days.

She entered my clinic, coughing. On entering my cabin she said in an upset complaining tone that she was breathlessness on climbing the stairs and had great difficulty is coming to see me.(As if she was blaming me for her troubles!). Respiration difficult (Breathlessness < exertion (Puls 2 RM pg 769) she had thick yellow Nasal Discharge - lumpy (RM pg 333 Puls³) she had to clear her nose frequently to clear the stuffed up feeling (obstruction of nose RM pg 340 Puls 3). Cough was loose < morning with yellow expectorate (pg 795 - 796 - 821 )

What struck the chord was when she said her mouth was dry yet she was thirstless (pg 404) she also gave an added symptom that she had a headache < when constipated and coughing (pg 138-puls)
