"Trauma is a Greek word. There are two types of trauma, bodily injury and emotional shock.

A bruise, a fracture or a sprain is a bodily injury trauma i.e. physical, A mental agitation or feeling or shock that make deep impression on the mind is an emotional shock trauma i.e. emotional trauma.

Everyone experience some symptoms of psychoneurosis, a mild or moderately severe emotional disorder, particularly when under a strain. Emotion is a tone of feeling recognized in ourselves by certain bodily changes and in others by tendencies to certain characteristics behaviour. Aroused usually by ideas or concepts.

"Physical : bruises, Fractures and wounds.
Aconite, Arnica, Belladona, Bellis-perernnis, Calendula, Conium, Ferum-phos, Hammamelis, Hpericum, Ledum, Rhus-tox, Ruta-grav and Symphytum.

"Emotional": Agitation, Anxiety and Excitement
