CHIEF COMPLAINT
RS since Nov 2007. D1: Watery Discharge from the nose → D2: Cough ? Breathlessness → Snuffles. D3: Fever 99°F → Perspiration. A/F Smoke. < strong odors. < night. < sleeping. Sleep disturbed → irritability.

PATIENT AS A PERSON
HT: 28".
WT: 7.9 kgs.
SKIN: Fair but dry
NAILS: Normal. Not bitten.
HEAT over scalp.
PERSPIRATION: Excessive on head.
APPETITE: Normal. Thirst: Excessive. ˝ glass at a time. Wants cold water.
CRAVING: Sweets3, sour, cold drinks.
STOOL: 2/d. offensive. URINE: No complaints
SLEEP: restless in sleep. But refreshing.
THERMAL: Hot. Bath with lukewarm water. Covering +

G2A1P1L1. 2002: First pregnancy missed abortion. ?Cause, ?Lack of rest.2007: Second pregnancy got to know after 8th week. Till then she thought it is just a hyperacidity..
