Chief Complaint
Respiratory Tract
Onset: 2002- June 04 1/year for week, since June 04 once a month for 10 days.
Coryza watery. Nose block. Cough  Vomiting. Phlegm- thick green. Rattling cough.
A/F dust³, < HS³, < dry weather³, <monsoon³, > AC³, > open Air³.

Patient As Person
HT: 38' WT: 16 kg. Fair, fat baby.
Perspiration: Profuse₃, scalp₃. Non-offensive. Non staining.
Nails: Normal.
Teeth: Normal.
Appetite: Normal
Craving: Cheese³, potatoes³, tomatoes³, curd³, oranges³, rice³, salty things³, warm drinks².
Aversion: Sweets², milk2.
Thirst: Profuse, sips in.
Stool: 1 / day, normal.
Urine: Normal.

Mother'S Obstetric History: Normal. No complaints.
Developmental History: Normal.
Sleep: Normal. Sleeps on abdomen, restlessness, refreshing.
Dreams: Nothing Significant.
Thermals: CH4.
Family history: Asthma: MGrFa. Osteoarthritis: MGrMo.
Past history: NAD.

Life Situation And Mental State (Briefly)

Patient is a second son
Mother: Gujrati. Operates for Citibank from home. Short tempered.
Father works for a corporate sector. By nature Calm³, Patient³.
Elder brother: "Bhola" a naīve, careless. Nature like Father. But close to mother. Fastidious.

Fear for cows, crackers, dark
Attachment³ - Dogs³, people³, things for- If toys, clothes does not like will say to give away. But things which he likes, will keep eg went to buy shoes, brought with him the old one.
Restless³. Always on the move, dancing³.
Very physical, wants a hug always, very affectionate, mixes around well.
Sharp memory links things 6 months back
Fastidious3, very particular, personally keeps his toys, clothes.
Manipulative cries and gets things done.
Plays football, loves watching picture books.
