A young chartered accountant had consulted me for his hypertension and Cervical Spondylitis. He was a cheerful and restless person. He would be "Enthusiastic" and "Energetic" about every thing that he would do. He would work with full vigor, coming home late at night, solving all difficulties of his colleagues. Even reading a newspaper would be done in a thorough manner. During the interview, he was so eager to tell his symptoms, sitting on edge of the chair and ask various questions about homeopathy, why we ask question about the mind. He wife told us that he would be equally engrossed and involved in whatever he would do. He received a phone call on his mobile in the consulting room, began talking in a very intense and passionate manner about some accounting work, making various gestures, expressions. This heightened intensity and over enthusiasm was draining his body's vital forces.
