Abstract: Delicate, Soft Spoken, Pious, Widow...who did not complain about her illness till it was intolerable.

62 yrs old widow, Mrs B S, came with the complaint of large eruptions in both the axilla, undersurface of breasts and on lower abdomen since 6 mths. Intense itching ++ which was intolerable, > scratching with occasional watery discharge. Perspires a lot which aggravates the chief complaint, > cold3 application. Used to take frequent bath in summer.

Also c/o of frequent cold every month with yellowish discharge, < cold drinks, > steam. O/E: Local: Extensive lesion on undersurface of breasts: Redness+++, Skin: rough, Perspiration: ++.

Patient As A Person
Lean, thin, delicate and fair with clear complexion.
Appetite: Normal.
Thirst: Hardly 5-6 glasses/day.
Craving: Chocolates3, sweets2, ice-cream.
Aversion: Sour
Perspiration: Moderate, more on axilla, undersurface of breasts, lower abdomen.
Stool: 1/day
Urine: Normal
Thermal: CH2

Menstrual History: Menopausal since 20 yrs.
Past Menstrual: 3-4/28 Regular/flow, moderate/ PL, Leucorrhoea NAD.
Obsteric History: G2P2A0L2. Both FTND.
P/H: TB lung 30 yrs ago taken AKT for 9 months
F/H: Husband died of myocardial infarction 3 yrs ago.

Mental Picture: Very religious lady who usually remains at home. Does not like to go out and to mix up with people. Feels lonely after her husband’s death. Does not share her feelings with anyone. Feels hurt if someone talks in rude manner or insults her. So gets angry and retaliates. Broods about the past events. Weeps alone. Does not want consolation Likes company of known people only. Busy with the poojas and bhajans.
