Master H, 7 years old male, student came with acute diarrhoea and vomiting on 19/7/07.

The relatives mentioned that the patient loves ice-cream. He had one ice-cream in the morning after which the complaint started.

On Examination
Body cold to touch
Perspiration++, especially on the face
Pulse was 120/mins
Weakness ++

Treatment
Verat-album 200, 6 doses one hourly/SOS
Patient was called again in the evening for follow up.

19/7/07: Evening, no vomiting or diarrhea after the one dose.
