Case 60: Nail Bed Abscess

On 10/7/07, Mr SJ a 22 years obese individual came with abscess in the nail bed of left great toe. Pain+. Swelling, yellow discolouration + + of the skin around.

Hepar-sulphur 200 4 doses, was given 4 hourly.

11/07/07: The abscess ruptured that night.

The wound was cleaned and Sil 200 was applied locally along with Sil 200 internally 4 doses, 4 hourly.

12/07/07: Granulation took place and Calendula Q was applied along with Sil 200, 4 doses given patient better.
