Ms SSA, 15 yrs, Non-Veg, FYJC Muslim Student, came on 20/08/02 with the following complaints

LIFE SPACE INVESTIGATION
The pt was born in Mumbai on 25th May 1987. The pt spoke with a nasal twang. Friends have left her out of bounds so she remains upset. She is very moody. When depressed she doesn’t like to speak to anyone. Crying boosts her confidence. She is always nervous when something important related to her is about to happen. She has anticipatory anxiety before exams in the form of blackouts. I don’t talk to a person as I cannot make out how they are just by seeing once, so they think that I am snobbish or arrogant.
